A 15% buyer’s premium will be added. The sales taxes including HST will be charged on the total of the bid price
and the 15% buyers’ premium. All goods are sold final sale as is at the time of sale subject to all faults and defects whether
or not any inspection is made by or on behalf of the purchaser. All lots are subject to a reserve and/or minimum bid.

All Lots are paid in full at the conclusion of the auction and any exceptions thereof are at the sole
discretion of the auctioneer. In the event of a default in payment or otherwise, a purchaser shall be responsible for all costs of
collection including reasonable attorney fees. Interest will be assessed at a rate of 24% (twenty-four-percent) per annum on
any and all outstanding sums due pursuant to this agreement from the due date until paid. If the purchase price is not paid,
or the items are not removed from the place of auction, the auctioneer, at his sole exclusive discretion, has the right to
remove said items from the premises to storage and/or to cancel the sale and/or seek any and all legal remedies against the
purchase including monetary damages for the purchase price. The auctioneer retains the right, upon the bidder refusing to
accept the goods, to resell the goods at a reasonable price where the bidder will be liable for the difference between the
resale price and the original price accepted by the bidder. Additionally, the bidder shall be liable for all costs of such
subsequent sale including warehousing and auctioneer’s commissions. All payment and financial invoice information will be
kept confidential. Invoices are subject to audit for errors and bidder is responsible for paying any due therein. If there exists a
deficiency in sales tax- es due to incorrect sales tax exemption information or if there is a balance due for other reasons, the
customer grants permission to charge balance on credit card. If customer requires delivery within a 10 miles radius, there
will be a flat $300 charge regardless whether one piece is delivered, or 10 pieces are delivered. With the exception of
automobile purchases, for total invoice purchase amounts over $50,000, purchaser will wire total invoice amount to auction
company bank account on next business day in the morning. After receipt of wire of total invoice amount, 30% credit card
deposit will be refunded. All other deposits are non-refundable.

of fact whatsoever. The terms of this warranty may only be varied in writing. No oral warranties or representation may
modify this disclaimer. While in the course of the auction the auctioneer may make statements about the goods subject to
auction, such statements do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon the buyer, and are not part of these terms
and conditions of sale. We advise all customers to closely inspect and examine the items and to read the corresponding
certifications/reports and to do your research on your phones or have someone do it for you during the viewing period prior to
the start of the auction. The auction company will not issue refunds if items are found at a lower price online or anywhere
else. Surveillance Cameras: I hereby consent to being recorded and/or photographed by the auction house. The law of the
Province of Ontario shall apply to these conditions and any purchase arrangement in the event of any dispute such dispute
shall be settled by way of mediation by a mediator to be chosen by the Auction Company and the purchaser. Failing the ability
to choose such mediator or in the event of the failure of the mediation, the parties agree that this dispute shall be settled by
arbitration, pursuant to The Arbitrations Act of Ontario. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and not subject
to appeal. The mediation and/or arbitration shall be held in the City of Toronto in the Province of Ontario. If customer
chooses to dispute and/or place a stop payment on a credit card or wire transfer in full or in part in any manor
whatsoever instead of arbitration, the credit card companies decision will be final and binding and no court action or
arbitration will take place thereafter. If the credit card company decides in favor of the customer then the merchandise will
be immediately returned to the merchant at the card members expense.
